Join South Dakota Ballet founder, Madeleine Scott, and the founding board members for a stylish soirée on the evening of Thursday, November 14th at the Museum of Visual Materials. The event will commence at 6:30pm and conclude at 8:30pm. The soriée will take place to bring our growing community together for an immersive experience while simultaneously raising funds to carry out our 2020 season. The last time someone formally proposed the idea of a professional ballet company for the state of South Dakota was in 1978. It has taken 41 years but now South Dakota can finally celebrate it's resident ballet company.
